A call, a WhatsApp message or the form. We ask enough questions to know whether this is a callout or a site visit.

We come and look
No quotation is issued from a phone call alone. For anything beyond a simple callout, a supervisor attends first.
- 03 · FIXED QUOTE
A price that holds
A written scope with a fixed price against it. What is included, what is not, and what happens if we find something behind the wall.
- 04 · THE WORK
One supervisor owns it
The same supervisor runs your job start to finish. You have their number. Progress is reported without you having to chase it.
- 05 · HANDOVER
Clean, documented, warranted
We hand over clean, with documentation and a workmanship warranty (if nature of work requires it). Maintenance afterwards is optional, never automatic.
