Office fit-out — reception, client lounge, open-plan floor and meeting rooms
Dubai, UAE
A private executive office with a bespoke marble-clad feature wall and built-in reception desk. The book-matched marble pattern behind the desk is cut and aligned so the veining mirrors across the two panels. 
A double-height reception area with a large-format LED video wall as the central feature. The suspended circular ceiling detail with integrated cove lighting frames the space without needing a dropped ceiling throughout. 
An open lounge and waiting area combining a branded video wall with informal seating. The mixed material palette — brushed gold accents, backlit signage, and warm timber tones — stays consistent across an otherwise open, multi-use space. 
A freestanding reception desk with a book-matched dark marble backdrop and integrated signage lighting. Recessed toe-kick lighting beneath the desk gives it a “floating” appearance. 
A secondary lounge/meeting nook with backlit signage and a curved coffee table setup. The illuminated channel-lit logo sign is built directly into the wall finish rather than surface-mounted. 
An informal breakout/bar counter finished in dark stone, positioned as a transition point between open office and private rooms. The stone slab continues seamlessly from the counter face up into the surrounding wall cladding. 
A row of open-plan workstations with continuous overhead cabinetry and integrated task lighting. Backlit underside lighting runs the full length of the upper cabinetry, keeping desk surfaces evenly lit without visible fixtures. 
A wide executive lounge with a sculptural suspended ceiling, opening off a private office behind a mirrored partition. Cream and dusty rose bouclé sofas sit on oversized rugs with marble-and-brass coffee tables. 
A formal boardroom with a marble conference table and a fully custom gold-toned ceiling feature. The curved gold ceiling detail with integrated linear lighting is built as a continuous form rather than a flat panel.
